As an experienced Senior Fraud Risk/Program Manager, you will be part of our Fraud & Identity Management team and responsible for driving a high-visibility Fraud Risk Management program that has multiple workstreams. You must be an experienced Program Manager who has owned and delivered complex programs preferably within the risk management or audit sectors. You will be comfortable in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced multi-tasked environment, with the ability to execute the program’s vision and roadmap. An expert communicator you will be comfortable to collaborate with key business partners and teams across the company to influence and gain alignment on the program deliverables, and will have ultimate responsibility for the majority of the program’s execution.

What You Will Do And Achieve

  • Manage Fraud Risk Management Program
  • Conduct risk assessments across the organization
  • Perform periodic reviews on processes, controls, and policies
  • Design/update controls and collaborate/consult the process owners on implementation
  • Design dashboards and monitoring programs for the program
  • Provide periodic updates to leadership in written and verbal communications
  • Ensure the vision of the program is executed and desired result is achieved

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ of risk program management, legal, governance, audit, fraud prevention, or related experience
  • Deep expertise in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Deep expertise with governance and risk assessment
  • Exceptional risk assessment skills (regulatory requirements, fraud risks)
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team and dynamic company culture
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to make high-judgment decisions under pressure
  • Exceptional written skills and a passion for communicating risk assessment/processes in writing and orally
