- Collaborate with Marketing Team in preparing the annual Marketing Plan and in establishing, developing, and executing short-term and long-term strategic growth plans.
- Assists in preparing marketing materials: brochures, presentations, etc
- Assists the PR & Communication department in creating business partnerships with journalists, photographers/videographers
- Customer Service: Guest Satisfaction Surveys analysis, proactive e-mail communication with past passengers, increase online reviews collection
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
- Manage and keep up to date the company’s CRM platform.
- Assists in updating the company’s website, blog and social media profiles, including running regular social promotions and campaigns, online surveys, and track their success (e.g. Facebook competitions)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Studies
- Excellent knowledge of the English language written and verbal. Any other language is a plus
- Computer software literacy
- Basic Photoshop skills are highly preferred
- At least 2-year experience in Marketing
- Communicative Personality, team player
- Creativity, excellent writing skills
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
- Flexibility, ability to multitask, detail-orientated
