An exciting opportunity as Customer Service Advisor has come up to join a small and niche team of 4. Based in Aldridge, you will be working for a large organisation with multiple offices around the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who wants to be part of a busy and fast paced environment. You will be involved in all areas of sales support from quotes, processing orders, after sales and general customer enquiries.

The position will include, but not be exhaustive of, the following:

- support, build and maintain existing relationships

- being the first point of contact for both UK and worldwide customers for the team

- being the main point of contact for management, supply chain, manufacturing and other divisions

- working alongside the Sales Manager within this niche division of the business

- work with other departments and escalate requests as and when required

- deal with product enquiries

- create and chase quotes

- understand customer requirements

- attend meetings

All applicants must have working experience within a customer facing role and be IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft. Experience of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.

25 days annual leave plus 8 stat days
