EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Coordinators

The goal of Construction Offshore is to complete the offshore construction projects safely, within budget, on time and to the required quality. Construction Offshore has the overall responsibility of completing the construction projects within the respective region from the delivery to the Pre-Assembly Site up to Handover to Service.

The purpose of the Coordinator role is to ensure that our projects receive qualified personnel from our third-party vendors and that these perform their tasks up to the quality standards of Vestas: safely, within budget, and on time.


  • Supporting the Resource Manager in coordination of sub-contractor resources and external consultants in collaboration with Service and Project sites. Ensuring the best candidates are allocated to maintain the best business case possible.
  • Setting structure database to ensure transparency in project setup
  • Supporting in ERP system, supplier creation and personnel, validation
  • Supplier evaluation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • You will take part in weekly meetings with suppliers
  • You will support with management related tasks and other departmental tasks


  • At least 3 years’ experience as a planner, in a project focused organisation, for example in a sales department focusing on large-scale business-to-business projects
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Have advanced expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in SAP or similar ERP system
  • We do not require any specific formal education qualifications


  • You will have a demonstrated background in a similar field of planning and structural support
  • As an individual you are structured, solution orientated, outgoing and with a positive mindset
  • You should have great communication skills
  • You should be able to keep track of the details

Additional Information

Primary work location: Videbæk or Aarhus, DK or the UK.

This position requires up to 30 days travel per year.
